Since arriving in Toronto, our family has been visiting different churches every Sunday. It’s been such a foreign concept to us because we have never been church hoppers. We’ve always planted ourselves at a church so to now be going to unfamiliar churches on a regular basis is weird. But we thought it was important for a couple of reasons… mainly for research and relationship development. We are very aware that there are other churches in Toronto that are doing great things – there are churches that have growing congregations, are meeting the needs of people and are making a difference in their communities.
